Went to Heinrich Chevrolet in Lockport. We were very pleased with our whole experience. Javon was our Sales Rep and I cannot say enough good things about him. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, efficient, aware of our needs, and above all, not overly assertive. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle. My front passenger floormat was soaked on my 2016 Chevy Equinox. The Heinrich Chevrolet Service Department did an excellent job of diagnosing and repairing the problem which was a faulty drain line near the sunroof. The repair was made at a reasonable price. I checked my floormat after a heavy rain last night and it is dry. My Service Manager Val was friendly, informative and professional. Thank you, Greg Wozniak

5 stars is not enough as far as I’m concerned. They have gone above and beyond for me. My husband and I have bought our last 5 vehicles from them. They couldn’t get me in to have something fixed on my jeep so I had to go to west herr. West herr didn’t have a loaner for me because they said they didn’t have any available. They were keeping my jeep for 4-5 days. However Pete and Brandon offered me a vehicle to use until then. Who does that? Another business is fixing my vehicle and yet they offer me a vehicle to use until my jeep was fixed. GREAT customer service!!! Will continue getting our vehicles from them!

I asked the technician to please be extra careful with my aftermarket sound system when they were replacing my battery and they did just that, while also paying extra attention to detail of how it was set up. Thank you!

Recently purchased a used SUV from them a few months ago. There were a couple issues with the vehicle, (as I feel is normal with most used auto's). Had no problems with making an appointment and having the issues taking care of at no charge. Did not have bumper to bumper warranty either. I’ve only used the service department at Heinrich Chevrolet and have not purchased a vehicle there, so this review is based solely on my service experience. There are definitely some positives. The facility is clean and well-maintained, scheduling appointments is easy, and the service advisors are consistently friendly. I also like their multi-point inspection system, which provides a clear summary of the vehicle’s overall health, and the fact that inspections are complimentary. Pricing on routine maintenance like oil changes and tire rotations has been reasonable. For newer vehicles or warranty work, I would recommend them. That said, there are a few areas where I think the experience could be improved. When faced with larger repair estimates, I would appreciate more practical guidance from advisors—specifically, what truly needs to be done now versus what can reasonably wait. That kind of transparency goes a long way in building trust. In terms of pricing, while it appears to be in line with typical dealership rates, it can be significantly higher than local independent shops. For example, I received a quote of $1,354 for a PTO seal replacement here, compared to $522 from an independent shop in Niagara County. That’s a substantial difference. I’ve also had instances where recommended repairs seemed unnecessary. For example, I was advised to replace control arms even though the vehicle passed inspection, and two independent shops disagreed with that recommendation. Additionally, I previously had brakes replaced here—while the initial price was fair, the brakes squealed for about a year afterward, and follow-up visits didn’t fully resolve the issue. Because of the higher estimates, I would be hesitant to recommend this service department for older vehicles, where cost sensitivity is often more important. Overall, I think there’s an opportunity here to build stronger long-term relationships with customers by focusing on clear, honest guidance and competitive recommendations. That kind of approach would likely keep customers coming back—not just for service, but also when they’re ready to purchase a vehicle.

Recently bought a chevy 2500 hd sales man Zach and he was great and this dealership strives is in its service dept. As the truck I bought was used I needed another key as it came with only one . They made one for me. The truck was pulling to the right they re aligned my tuck and kept having issues with it being right. It took all day but I couldn't be happier as they would not send me home with it without it being right. One of their techs even stayed late to make it right. Mind you this is the day before Christmas eve. Would recommend to my grandma great people. 👍

Just bought a car here today. Staff is all excellent. Dave Kuntz was our sales and leasing representative and he was absolutely wonderful. Great experience right down to the financing department.

Where I work, Heinrich will pick up your vehicle while you're at work and do the service. I scheduled an oil change. They came and got my vehicle, did the service, and then called me for a CC. They then brought the vehicle back. Couldn't have been easier for me.

I recently leased an Equinox from Heinrich. I have been leasing at various dealers for years and Rocco made this the best experience by far! Great customer service and everything went smooth from start to finish! I love my Equinox and will recommend Heinrich to everyone.

I had the pleasure of meeting with Javon and he was phenomenal, very patient, kind, understanding and the list goes on. Whatever you do, know you will be in great hands with this dealership and even better hands with Javon. Javon sold me a Red 2019 Silverado LD Crew RST- LT-T1 and it is a beast and I am absolutely thrilled to have taken the chance on this dealership because this truck is fabulous. Not happy when I set up an appointment that they wanted to give me an appraisal on what my truck was worth, I felt like I’m being pressured into buying a new vehicle, Iwas also disappointed that my service advisor said I needed to have my serpentine belt replaced. Sen recommended every 40,000 miles. My truck has 100,000 miles on it and has never needed Or recommended replacement. I bring my vehicles in regularly. It was also told I needed back brakes yet. My monitor said I was at 49% another thing. My service advisor never told me about is my Tires were wearing down. I didn’t notice it until about four days later when I was going through the paperwork. Very disappointing.. I hope things improve

We started looking into used Chevrolet Tahoes, ended up searching and test driving a lot of vehicles at many different dealers. Ended back at Heinrich with Javon Ford with the intention of ordering a new Tahoe. We ended up purchasing a Suburban and we are very happy with that choice!

Amazing Experiance

Always a pleasure to deal with Heinrich. Everyone from the ownership to the service department are very knowledgeable, kind and there to help you in every way they can. I believe in township staples and business and these guys have been here for my grandparents, parents, my family and now my son. I refuse to go anywhere else.

Fabulous! Customer service was excellent and informative I will absolutely buy all future vehicles from Zach.

Never a problem with Heinrich. My problem is with GM and their change to their online ordering system. Their work requests on the ordering website are all pre-programmed and there is no longer a place to add any notes requesting another service. I was forced to call to make my appointment so I could tell the service advisor that I wanted an additional service done that was not on GM's pre-programmed menu. I don't usually call, as I can't hear well on the phone at 84 years young.

Tony was a great help and everything was relatively quick and painless! Couldn't ask for better service from a dealership.

Mike Porth -my salesperson showed me the best car I have ever had- made the process so seamless and didn’t keep me sitting around for hours with a long process. They have a great selection and the revamped 2025 equinox is very nice and great prices and out of all makes gave me best trade in offer. Went to another chevy dealership and had a very different experience. Worth driving here instead.
