I want to tell you how impressed I was with Mark in your Service Dept.  My husband and I came in there with issues with my air conditioner and daytime running lights.  Mark went out of his way to get things done for us with no hassles.  When we came in for the truck, my windshield was cracked.  Mark went out of his way to make sure that is was taken care of and got me a rental with no hassles there either.  Thank you for having such a conscientious employee in Mark.  Customer service has not died at least not at Heinrich. - Annette
