They have a great selection and the revamped 2025 equinox is very nice and great prices and out of all makes gave me best trade in offer. I had to call 3 times to get an appt. First 2 times nobody picked up the phone. 3rd time the girl didn't know what i was talking about. So I said I had to get an oil change anyway. You took out your experienced desk jockeys and replaced them with high school kids. I went in looking for my regular guy and he was not to be found. I wonder if Paddock or Vasil are doing this?
I had great service. Leon is wonderful. I appreciated they let me use a loaner so I could run my errands while they had my truck. It means a lot to me. I believe his name was Gene.

I was in a bit of a bind in getting a particular vehicle and met Mike Porth on the floor. He attentively listened to my concerns and worked with management to get me the vehicle I really wanted in an amazingly quick time frame. Upon delivery Mike again made sure everything was ready and Chase assisted with my financing and thoroughly explained both that and my warranty options. I just bought my car and it’s brand new 2025 Chevy trailblazer I had the zurich done I had Scotchgard spotting everywhere, yellow coating on the bottom of my doors. If I would’ve known, my car is gonna look like this I would’ve never gotten the extra service soon as it was spectacular before it went into now it looks terrible. I would never recommend the service to anybody ever.

Process was quick and smooth and they answered all the questions i had in a satisfactory way.
The service was great except that I was charged an $89 charge for a diagnostic of my airbag but was not given any diagnosis. They told me they could not connect to my vehicle and a “deeper” dive would be needed- yet they still charged me. My entire visit cost $236 for diagnostic service- $89 for check engine $39 for break diagnosis & $89 for airbag but yet no airbag diagnosis- I feel the dealership should have removed that $89 fee since I didn’t get what I paid for

Had a great experience buying a used car with Javon - he helped me get into the exact vehicle I was looking for (even when I didn't know!) and was friendly, professional, and kind throughout the experience. Finance took time to explain everything in detail, yet didn't make one feel belittled, and everyone was very friendly in ensuring that I left in a car that I loved with a payment that I was comfortable with. I went to get my car serviced here for the first time. I had gone to other places in the past and had not had the best experiences. Often times the individuals at dealerships treat customers like dollar signs. It often feels like you are working to avoid being scammed. This experience was quite the opposite. I received phenomenal customer services. The communication was clear and Ben was very transparent about the services that my car needed. During our annual road trip the OnStar module failed causing me to call OnStar on the phone to have them troubleshoot it. I asked if it could wait until we returned home to repair without further damage and they said yes. After returning to Western New York I scheduled this service and due to delivery issues it took four days to complete the service and replacement. We were very satisfied with the dealership. Zach Falk sold us the car and he was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He made sure all of our questions were answers before we drove away in our new vehicle and encouraged us to contact him in the future if any concerns arose.
Update/edit: Manager Brandon pulled me aside the next day and was able to sit down with me and discuss my encounter. He assured me Randy would be talked to and that Heinrich customers will always be treated respectfully no matter the circumstances. Thank you Randy for listening to me, figuring out the problem with my Traverse (that was caused and ignored by another chevy dealer) and fixing the issue for me. Great communication throughout, courtesy shuttle was perfect, then needing a vehicle while it was worked on was so easy. Heinrich Chevrolet provides the best service in all of Western New York. I know in my decades of owning Chevys I've been to them all. Have been disappointed by many of them for their failure to correct problems with my new vehicles. Not the case with Heinrich. They provide top notch courteous service!
